We ship from our hub in New York to outdoor enthusiasts everywhere. While we strive for prompt delivery, once the package leaves our 62nd Avenue facility, we're navigating the same logistics world as everyone else. We're not liable for delays caused by mountain weather or carrier issues.
What if my gear breaks?
Our belts are designed for the summit. If a manufacturing defect occurs within the first 2 years, we'll replace it. No questions (well, maybe one or two so we can improve).
